Why Mentoring?

What is an Integration Mentor?

An integration mentor is someone who has walked through a particular set of challenges and is able to help guide others through their own challenges. Integration Mentoring is about helping others get to know the different parts of themselves so that they can integrate those parts and therefore learn to make good decisions authentic to themselves.

In order to do this, I help my clients understand the four different parts that make up their personality: the thinker, the feeler, the intuitive and the sensor. Some of these parts function as adults and others as inner children. Learning to build an appropriate relationship with each of these parts and bring them together to gather information in a way that is most authentic for them and therefore make good decisions that actually serve and empower them.

Along with the integration work I also teach my clients how to use a variety of personal development tools depending on the situation and what is right for them.

Feel free to email me any questions you might have about whether or not working with an Integration Mentor is right for you or simply sign up for a suitability call from the Contact page.
